WCCS grew from Veronica's master's research and her experience leading transformation across complex organizations.

Veronica is a Brazilian practitioner scholar whose work connects leadership, organizational transformation and the human dimensions of AI driven change. Her career spans more than 25 years of executive experience in Human Resources and organizational transformation across Latin America and Europe.

Her master's research at the University of Florida explored organizational change through perspectives gathered across 12 countries. The work revealed a recurring leadership need: a connected way to understand how strategy, leadership, culture and workforce capacity influence transformation outcomes.

Veronica holds a B.A. in Psychology from Unicsul, an MBA in Strategic Organizational Management from FIA and an M.S. in Sustainable Development Practice from the University of Florida. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Agricultural Education and Communication at the University of Florida, specializing in Leadership Development, where she also serves as a Teaching Assistant.

Alongside academia, Veronica is Co Founder of Flora, an organizational development consultancy supporting leadership, culture and organizational transformation. Her current research examines how leadership, organizational learning and change processes can strengthen human capability, adaptive capacity and long term resilience during AI driven transformation.

The platform translates this body of practice and research into a management system for enterprise decisions.
